Hi and welcome to the blog about managing end users and the services delivered to them.
My name is John Spirko and I am the product manger of Foglight’s End User Management component and will be the host of this blog.
The main focus areas will be tips and tricks about end user management, new research to enlighten customers and prospects as to the “R” part of Quest R&D, and the sharing of customer experiences. We will do all we can to post on at least a weekly basis, and if you the reader want to help steer my content, please let me know. If you focus on end user service levels and the experience of your end users as they interact with your applications, I hope I can help you along the way.
